Since our founding in 2016, this clinic in Elkton, Tennessee, has been dedicated to providing high-quality medical care to our patients. Co-founders Jon D. Turner MD, FACC and Nancy C. Turner MD recognized the need for medical care in our rural community. "Dr. Jon" retired from cardiology practice in December 2021, but "Dr. Nancy" continues to provide care in this location.
